The group looked at the launch pad miserably. Just ten still stood. They were dwindling rapidly. Hopefully they would reach their destination soon. It was getting all too much. Wherever Jeffrey was...they hoped he was safe. Or not trying to kill him. One of the two.

Frosti stared at the now open Southern door and sighed. He didn't want to go first. His gut was telling him not to but a leader had to do what a leader had to do. These guys might not have seen him as the leader in any respect but he knew in his heart it was team Frosti all the way. He strode forwards and pressed the door release.

Stepping through into the beyond he walked onto a small metal platform. There was an exit the opposite side on a platform. In between the two was a pool of...water...

He hadn't seen actual water down here yet. Frosti grinned from ear to ear as he readied the cannonball. The others came in behind him. Ninefingers pulled him back cautiously and shook his head.

"Not if you be wanting to break your ribs king." He said firmly.

Ninefingers reached down into the water. It was only about ankle deep. Frosti smiled and took off his foot coverings. They hadn't washed in days. The water was pretty grimy but it was nice and warm due to the constant heat of this place. Strange how it wasn't boiling away but he didn't complain.

Frosti splashed about laughing crazily as everybody looked on. James the Mime grinned and walked in too, laying himself down full bodily in the water. The duo splashed about happily for a little while as Natalie looked on worried.

It all came with a cost.

The mime jumped out and shook himself off onto everybody present who scowled miserably. The mime grinned and danced a merry jig. Frosti continued to wade through.

"Come on in guys the water is!-"

*Click*

Frosti's heart froze as he heard the noise. It was unmistakable. The panel had just clicked under his feet. Brother bear had heard some clicks...br-brother bear?

Frosti ran to try and make it to the other side, causing the floor panel to raise itself up once more. As he did a device connected to an electrical cable moved downwards. The cable was frayed at the end revealing the core wire underneath. It immersed itself in the water completely.

The room lit up as sparks flitted across the surface of the water. A horrible buzzing noise followed amidst the screams and the burning cries. Smoke filled the air as the King writhed around in a flurry of electricity. The group looked on in horror.

Finally the wire raised out of the water as the circuit broke and the flashing stopped. Ninefingers tested the pool with his finger, jolting away carefully. He then dashed across the surface to the fallen king, lifting him and carrying him back.

They gave him some room as he coughed and spluttered. His eyes opened wide. His body was burnt and charred in places but he shook himself off and hoisted himself upright.

He hissed up at the ceiling.

"You'll have to do better than that butcher!" He yelled out.

"Keep it coming!"

You each have about 24 hours to move through an available exit.

There was something in this room...near death.

I think if Niney smells nothing to the South we head back North and then East.....

No qualms here. At first I thought we were getting a hint that we were really far away from the river by the water not bubbling. Should have known it was building to a trap.

Death lurking everywhere

We're down to no bulletproof lives left, and one guy that cannot exit first. How are we going to start handling this, just rotating?

Kiwi I know you probably wouldn't want to do this, but Cerberus's lair is one room north, one room west of our current position, right? If we end up going back up north, think it would be worth using the cape to go find out how close he is via the tracker, and then you could use the cape again to catch up to us once we've already gone through the room to the east so you wouldn't be running into a possible trap.

Or was the red room next to the pod room?

(Just looked at Alex's map. I already forgot about the missile room being to the north.)

(For the record remember we have to have our moves in by 5:30 PM EST from here on out.)

I could however I just thought. The key is likely South as we have seen no rivers indicating its North East and surely we would of.

Appears it is too far anyway.
