So should I ask something like. If we enumerate the rows of the labyrinth from North to South, where the Northernmost row is #1 and the Southernmost row is #12, is the exit key in rows 7 8 or 9? :)

I really think having one (trusted) person ask if it's in rows 10-12 and another ask if it's in columns 10-12 is simpler and will give the same information.
If we get a no for both then that means it's in the 3x3 block of r/c 7-9 (or in some other quadrant somehow).
If yes for 1 but no for 2, then it's in r 10-12, c 7-9
If no for 1 but yes for 2, then r 7-9, c 10-12
And if yes for both then r/c 10-12.
With those two questions the area's extremely reduced, and if it is no for both but not in those blocks then it must be in the Southwest for some reason and we'll be close enough to just explore there anyway.

if the map is 12x12 the key isnt in the south west. There are like 10 rooms there we havnt explored and one of them has to be the exit according to the compass. Ill bet my life the key isnt so close to the exit :P
Anyways Happy wants to ask, hes pretty trusting since he was very forward with his role I think!
Anyone disagree with Happy asking the blue guard:
"If we enumerate the rows of the labyrinth from North to South, where the Northernmost row is #1 and the Southernmost row is #12, is the exit key in rows #7-9?"

Also we need to do it fairly quickly. So Happy, you ask: "If we enumerate the rows of the labyrinth from North to South, where the Northernmost row is #1 and the Southernmost row is #12, is the exit key within rows 7, 8 or 9?"
And I can ask: "If we enumerate the rows of the labyrinth from North to South, where the Northernmost row is #1 and the Southernmost row is #12, is the exit key within rows 10, 11 or 12?"
And someone else should ask if one of the players currently possesses the key.

Oh right I forgot to edit mine for columns. So I'll do that before actually asking.

So I'll ask: "If we enumerate the columns of the labyrinth from West to East, where the Westernmost column is #1 and the Easternmost column is #12, is the exit key within columns 7, 8 or 9?"

Do we really have to ask a specific guard? Can you not just ask both at once and they both answer (not that it really matters)?

... ok. I asked the guard if it was possible for us to win together... he said
NO.
Willis didn't answer my question about traps, so, whatever. I don't really have time to find out.
##exit: east
somebody toss a shoe if you've got one. I don't have time to wait.

I think asking the same guard every question helps :D I know we can just invert their answers but its easier this way

I don't think for sure if this means someone in our group is lying. But it's possible.
Fuck, I was really hoping we were clean. It's possible Jeff lied and we were never all clear.
