Ok David:

"Allows you to penalize 1 player with a penalty vote against them going into TC. The penalty vote will be announced at TC and everyone will know that person is getting an extra vote, but like the BB MVP twist, people will not know you were the one who did it (but can probably figure out it was a mystery box item). That player can still cast a vote themselves. This must be used within 12 hours on the TC being posted.

The Penalty vote, like the Nullifier, is usable through the Final 6. If there is a revote, the Penalty vote is STILL applied in revote on the person it was used on, unless they are not involved in the tie, in which case it wouldn't matter."
