The Santa Barbara Police Department was celebrating the victory of taking down games (but mysteriously silent) criminal, Mr. Yang

“You motherfuckers did a great job out there!”, yelled Interim Chief of Police Harris Trout. “Now who wants to catch another scum?”

Loud cheers could be heard across the station as an unknown figure in a hood walked in. He was eerily quiet, and his framed glasses were very distinct

Trout sits down at his desk, combing through boring admin emails and budget approvals

The hooded figure walks into the office, closes the door, getting Trout’s attention

“Who the fuck are you?”, inquired Trout

The hooded figure revealed himself

“Hello there. My name is Mary Lightly. I’ve come to help you investigate Mr. Yin and Mr. Yang. They are extremely fascinating criminals aren’t they?”

Mary Lightly smirked a little while Trout looked at him with utter confusion

“Hate to burst your bubble, champ, but we just killed Yang last night. I don’t think we need your help anymore.”

Mary started trembling, seemingly on the verge of tears.

“Oh. I see.”

Mary takes out a gun

“Heyyy buster, no need to do anything stupid!”, remarked Trout as surrounding officers took notice.

“It’s ok, this isn’t for you. This is so I can join Yang in heaven”

Mary shoots himself in the head
