Headstone – Oh for fuck sake. This is shit, it’s really shit, I refuse to belive anyone likes this for real.

Mama’s Room – This sounds like a Maroon 5 song, and that is not a compliment.

Roll The Bones – Yeah I remember this one. Don’t like this guys voice at all, it’s like a lethal combination of the annoying cliche indie vocal crossed with that singer from Kings of Leon (yeah I don’t know that turds name) I don’t rate this guys songwriting either if this is anything to go by. I can't name a single thing I like about this. But each to their own!

Cold Blooded – Another one that is better on second listen. The groove is good. However someone should tell Gary it’s not 1975 anymore. It’s great to be influenced by older stuff, but to merely imitate it without offering anything new is just boring.

The Jester – Don’t remember this one haha. It’s a bit corny. Update: Chorus kicked in, I remember this. It’s still corny.

Miss Sweeney – Still good.

Claire Fontaine – Hawskley again, I wonder who suggested this. The other one on this list is better imo. This is alright though.

If Before I Wake – Terrible intro. Just when you think it’s gonna be another cliché ridden indie rock bore, it picks up and gets way better.

One thing I've come to realize listening to these playlists is that I fucking hate music

I didn't realize how particular I was until this either, I think the only song I've actually saved from any of these is still Tonight Is What It Means To Be Young, tho a few nominations were ones I already had saved

I thought I’d be fucking picky with this, but I even play some albums in my car now that I wouldn’t have heard of otherwise. Shakey Graves album is one of them and I rly like it.

I remember liking that song very much from that playlist. I've not heard anything else from him though.
