so most people probably have a bunch of AA batteries sitting around that dont have enough power to run whatever it is you want them to run. so my question is, is there a product that drains the leftover power from those batteries to say charge a battery pack? as in a portable charger? basically i was thinking there must be a way to use the leftover power in disposable batteries for something and well im sure it would lose something in the transfer it seems like draining them into a power bank would be a way to get some use out of that leftover power. sorry for rambling.

Not that I’m aware of.
I don’t think it would be worth the effort. When disposable batteries run down there’s very little energy left in them.
Whatever product could do this probably wouldn’t be cost effective.

yeah but sometimes they are at like 50% or even 60% and still cant run whatever you need them to. seems like a shame to just lose that energy.

You can make something yourself probably.
Get one of these or something similar
https://www.amazon.com/Conwork-Battery-Holder-Storage-Transparent/dp/B01L6GUJ6G/ref=sr_1_20?keywords=aa%2Bbattery%2B5v%2Bconverter&qid=1574637048&sr=8-20&th=1
And a converter with a USB out and connect it to whatever you want to charge and hope you didn't fuck up

I’ve been under the impression that those spent batteries are what charge YOU im317
