They really did. I bought hard into the "Night King Hits King's Landing" theory. So going into the next episode with the undead army being completely destroyed and the Night King threat completely eliminated with Cersei as the final big bad... Not opposed to it but didn't expect it. What are they going to do to make this feel as dire/dangerous as fighting waves of death?

I mean, if this was book Euron we'd still have a cool poison drinking wizard pirate but on the show we've just got a sexual predator that definitely huffs cheap stimulants before throwing himself onto the deck of your galleon.
