A classic computer lab favorite, Elite Base Jump gives you control of a little ball who is in a competition to see who can reach the bottom of a large drop quickest. Equipped with you is a parachute to keep you from certain death. Each round, the ball who reaches the bottom last will be eliminated. Time your jump and parachute release just right to avoid getting killed or hurt from the leap but also avoid being the last to land. You get points based off your position and reaction times. This one is all about your reflexes! There are two difficulties in this game, amateur and professional. Amateur is easier but awards less points, professional is tougher but awards more. You can use either.
Play until you beat the game or have exhausted yourself. The score is what matters here. Once satisfied, send it over to me.

I'm having a hard time getting this game to work on my computer. It doesn't seem to like to allow me to press the keys to play the game (even though I can click on all the menu buttons with a mouse).

The game does not recognize my pressing of the spacebar, so my little dude just sits at the top afraid to even jump.

I was going to say that I don't think you need to press space but it turns out you can press "any key" for everything in the game except actually controlling your dude (:
