Blind date - nope

Ask out or at least introduce yourself to a stranger - I introduce myself to quite a few strangers, but haven't asked any out that I remember. It's been a long time- I usually got to know someone first.

Start a cult (In case jay pops in) - Sort of. We had a joke cult in junior high. I was The Poop, the equivalent of the Pope

Join a group or club - Yep- joined the Robotech Fan Ckub back as a lad in the 80s. Joined the Star Wars fan club in the late 90s/00s and still have a bunch of old SW:Insider mags with articles on the upcoming prequel trilogy

change careers - Same firm, but switched from a internal consulting job to my current job.

Invent something - I have invented a number of alcoholic beverages in my time, like the Car Accident (w/ Ambulance chaser- I don't remember everything that went into this but it was delicious), and the Axis Powers (jaeger and sambuca in a shot).

Create a new recipe - Do this all the time. Last night I did my famous Thai/Korean fusion pork ribs. Mix of spices for the rub, plus green Thai curry paste. Slow cook the ribs, then grill them with bulgogi Korean bbq sauce. Super tender ribs with sweet, savory, and spicy. They are fucking awesome.

Enter a contest - I am sure I have but can't think of any interesting ones.

Go to a church, school, or or community sponsored event - I guess I've been to a few, but again, what exactly do we mean here?

Knock on doors to meet your neighbors - Sort of run into them out and about. When the synagogue up the street got a new rabbi awhi;le back, we started seeing this woman with a yarmulke running around and surmised it was her, so we ambushed her on the street and we've been friends ever since. We're the crazy Gentiles she won't let come back to Passover Seder.

Blind date - Yes! It wasn't really something I enjoyed and I probably wouldn't do it again. Physical appearance isn't EVERYTHING to me but I want to get to know someone first before I date them if I'm not super attracted to them. Blind dates don't give you that chance if you aren't attracted to them. And I was NOT!

Join a group or club - Throughout high school and college, I was very involved in clubs and groups so yes. I was the president or on the board of several of them because I like knowing what is going on with things I'm involved with. And helping make things happen.

Change careers - I've changed jobs but I wouldn't consider them to be careers at all so I went with no. But I've switched types of jobs a lot.

Invent something - Not really, no!

Create a new recipe - If baking while high and putting random things into things counts.. Yes. If not, then I can't say that I have.

Enter a contest - Yes! Several. I love competing in things, even if it is just luck. I like the THRILL of it all.

Go to a church, school, or or community sponsored event - Yes! Several.

Knock on doors to meet your neighbors - Yes! Back in college I would go introduce myself before I threw any parties and tell them beforehand and extend an invitation and a free shot. Not a lot of people took me up on the offer, though some did, but it definitely helped with no one calling the cops. And I introduced myself to our neighbors and my current apartment cause they are .. cute.
