Hopefully everyone has cheered up from not getting to do a poll yesterday. I think I’m on Tuesday? If not here is a bonus poll.
Since a lot of people will be gone or busy tomorrow, I want to hear about your 4th. For my Canadian brothers you can answer what you did on the 1st.

Traveling somewhere - Heading to our cabin in Northern Michigan
Fireworks - Not sure sometimes we go watch sometimes we do our own thing, not sure this year yet.
Going to an event - Will be with 4 other families and 23 total people from tonight through Saturday/Sunday. We are taking 18 kayaks and 2 boats for the week. Looking forward to this week for a while now with how busy work has been the past month and a half, I'm ready!
Wearing Red/White/Blue - I'll have my American Flag swim trunks on tomorrow and the Flag will be flying.
This is one of my favorite weeks of the year, along with Spring Break and Christmas.

Staying home - The only place I'd go is back home but I don't want to pay that much to just go home for the fourth. So I'm sticking to the city!
Watching Fireworks - I don't think I could shoot my own off if I wanted to out here, but there are a lot of fun displays around the city. So I'm going to look out for those while I'm out and about.
Going to an event/BBQ - I think I'm going out tonight for it because I work on Thursday. But I'm just going to go to some bars wearing..
Wearing Red/White/Blue - MY AMERICAN FLAG SHIRT! It'll be fun and I'll celebrate even if it is technically the 3rd.

Believe me it's not about fireworks for me at all! It's about hanging with all the kids and friends and just seeing everyone playing games, kayaking, tubing, swimming, sitting by the campfire, roasting golden brown s'mores, grilling, laughing, dancing, singing and just having a great time. All without a video game system around and an area where cell service is barely attainable. | | |

-Staying home for the 4th, but renting a cabin in the middle of AR the 6th-8th.
-Will watch some foireworks and blow some shit up.
-Not going to a BBQ, but having one. Good food, family and friends for some pooltime, yard games, etc...

BBQing/playing yard games at this nice spot next to Lake Michigan with some friends/family that have had this tradition for like 10+ years now. I would never wear a flag shirt or whatever but I mean I'm sure I'll wear a blue shirt or something
