Pick a movie for the Jan 16-31st cycle!
A few of these are on Netflix, but for the ones that aren't I've already found streams so it shouldn't be a problem
Winter Sleep - Drama - Aydin, a former actor, runs a small hotel in central Anatolia with his young wife Nihal with whom he has a stormy relationship and his sister Necla who is suffering from her recent divorce. In winter as the snow begins to fall, the hotel turns into a shelter but also an inescapable place that fuels their animosities.
Force Majeure - Dramedy - A family vacationing in the French Alps is confronted with a devastating avalanche.
I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore. - Thriller/Comedy - When a depressed woman is burglarized, she finds a new sense of purpose by tracking down the thieves alongside her obnoxious neighbor. But they soon find themselves dangerously out of their depth against a pack of degenerate criminals.
The Killing of a Sacred Deer - Horror - Steven, a charismatic surgeon, is forced to make an unthinkable sacrifice after his life starts to fall apart, when the behavior of a teenage boy he has taken under his wing turns sinister.
Marwencol - Documentary - After a vicious attack leaves him brain-damaged and broke, Mark Hogancamp seeks recovery in "Marwencol", a 1/6th scale World War II-era town he creates in his backyard.

I voted for all but "The Killing of a Sacred Deer" because I saw it and hated it. A lot.
All the rest seem interesting and I'd be up for them. If you choose Sacred Deer, that's fine. It just wasn't my cup of tea.

I haven't seen any of these movies besides Sacred Deer.
Sacred Deer is good but it's super strange. It's style is very similar to Lanthimos other movie, The Lobster.

^nailed it. The Lobster is basically a really really dark comedy. I liked it but it's definitely not for everybody.

If it's a tie, do the two movies have to participate in a fire making challenge?
