Today's poll is about wisdom teeth because I'm getting mine out Thursday

Three out of four of them. The fourth is apparently not an issue so they're leaving it, I'd rather them just yank it now. I'm not excited

I got 2 of mine out, remind me to get the other two taken out.

Was pretty awful since I had local anesthesia that wasn't enough and the bottom one didn't want to be taken out.

Watch Marathon Man before doing it at least.

Got all of mine out.

Was not bad aside from the allergic reaction to vicodin and having to change the gauze every five min. Not much pain though.

I ate apple sauce, cottage cheese, pudding--anything not too cold or not too hot and nothing that needed to be chewed, obviously. (You might want to just ask if you can take an IV drip home with you).

Oh yeah, I ate fish soup, gotta get that protein.

I actually forgot there were 4, I only had to get the bottom two out I think? It was p uncomfortable for at least 2-3 days, I didn't eat anything besides soup/mushy food til at least after the 3 day mark I think. I actually got so bored of that type of food that I started making mashed potatoes out of french fries at a certain point

Past few years I've had mild pains on and off with mine, but haven't had to get rid of them yet

I only needed one removed because it was impacted, but they took the other from the same side out while they were "in the area". :P This was a long while back and I don't really remember any pain. I remember eating soup.

I had all 4 of mine taken out when I was 15. I recall going under the anesthesia and the nurse saying "Count back from 100". So I started counting. "100....99....98...97...96...95..." That's apparently the point in which I fell asleep/got knocked out, because when I woke up an hour later, I surprised the nurse by blurting out "...94...93...92...91". She asked me what I was doing, and I said "You asked me to count backwards from 100". She just stared at me, and it was at this point I realized I was in a completely different room.

I went home and thought everything was good, beyond some initial soreness. So good, that in fact, I tried running a 5k the next night, and, well, we'll just say I haven't felt much worse pain in my life.

Make sure to take your time and don't extend yourself more than you absolutely need to.
