That was pretty nuts. Right up there with USS Callister as the clear best so far, but it's almost impossible to compare the two
Andrea Risenborough did great in this, those two scenes with her and her ex were probably the highlights for me
The baby sounds instantly made my heart sink, that was brutal. Then they reveal it was blind just to rub salt in the wound ://
This one almost didn't even feel like a Black Mirror episode at times, the memory thing wasn't nearly as central/important as most of the show's other conceits. It felt like a really well-done, tense thriller for the most part, just with that element mixed in

Is this the first official overlap between episodes Black Mirror has had (with the line about the Hot Shots judge)...? Can't think of any others off the top of my head
I did feel like it was a little cheap to bring back Anyone Who Knows What Love Is tbh, I was fine with it being in the background in the accident scene but to have it so central again almost felt lazy? Wish they would've just picked something new. It's a great song tho so I can't complain too much

I believe that Hot Shot was playing in the background of The Entire History of You back in season 1? I could be wrong though.

I think I just enjoyed how far she really took everything in this episode. Just when I was thinking "she's gonna back out. there is no way she's gonna keep going." she just did and I dunno. I think I just like watching people get stretched to their limit and do more damage trying to fix the small thing that they did wrong.

Naww, there's a bunch of subtle things throughout earlier seasons that connect them together and put them in a shared universe. People have pieced together a timeline of episodes based on it. Like I remember catching a news clip in a S3 episode that talks about the Prime Minister fucking the pig back in the first episode
This is a hilarious one from Nosedive: https://fsmedia.imgix.net/bd/51/88/f5/2269/473d/92f0/1080b1538955/just-got-thrown-out-of-the-zoo-again.png?dpr=2&auto=format%2Ccompress&w=700
Michael Callow is the Prime Minster and he "tweeted" that he 'just got thrown out of the zoo again :( ' because apparently zoos won't let him stay in after he fucked a pig
Also when the girl in this episode was scrolling through the pornos she came across the one that the girl in 15 Million Merits ended up staring in
There's a news article from Shut up and Dance that talks about the trial of the child killer from White Bear, etc. I remember a lot of the crossovers being references to the companies that developed technologies in other episodes

I dug this one. WHAT A MONSTER!
Couldn't believe she killed the baby. When she was staring at him I joked to myself 'imagine if she goes so crazy overboard and kills the baby' and then after the reveal I was like oh yeah that's right they could just check his memories so she kinda """had to"""
BUT THE DAMN GUINEA PIG! Would've laughed if she bludgeoned that too, covered all her tracks
Brutal episode though. The murder of the insurance lady especially, that was rough. Felt bad for the first guy too since he was turning his life around. And the guy in the bath, poor man. She was such an animal
One gripe is that I wish we didn't already know the couple had a baby. The whole time she snuck into the house I kept thinking either she was gonna see the baby and back out or she would see the baby after killing him. Would've had a bigger impact if we had no idea they had a kid and as she raises the hammer to the guy she sees or hears the baby and has to make a choice, then brings the hammer down. That'd be rough

Oh and the repeated song worked for me tbh, that's sorta become the theme of the show now so it's fun that it connects some episodes together. Someone was humming it in a s3 episode at some point too. The song somehow just fits the mood of the show really well

I guess I missed earlier in the episode about them having a baby. I probably didn't pay attention to that scene as the start of it was confusing for me. It's probably because I was eating chips and I couldn't hear what they were saying due to my chewing (:
this one FUCKED ME UP. I hatttted the blonde lady. Why was it such a big deal that the guy was gonna confess at the start? He's the one who killed that random guy. Is it because she'd be guilty of association if they used his memories? I guess soooo.
I'm glad the guinea pig did her in (lol) but I wanted to see her die tbh.
so annoying how that lady couldn't start her damn car. like come on!! that was so sad

They showed her unable to start her car earlier in the episode and I was like hmmmm what was the purpose of that. Then it came into play later and I was like o damn
Yeah she would’ve been fucked if the guy wrote the letter/was caught. She hid a body! That’s a no no. And they did a good job of showing she had a good family and great job now, so she had a lot to lose
