Above are 16 random movies released in the year 1993. I took them from a list of popular or successful movies from that year.

Choose all the movies that you've seen from this list. Which is your favorite? Which did you hate? How would you rank the ones you have seen?

DISCUSS!

Great but I don't remember much:
The Fugitive
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Groundhog Day
Cliffhanger

Great in a kids movie way:
Cool Runnings
The Sandlot
Free Willy
Hocus Pocus

Haven't seen ranked by order I'd like to see them:

What's Eating Gilbert Grape
Sleepless in Seattle

I've seen all but four! Will do a rankdown later, but Mrs. Doubtfire and Cool Runnings definitely two favorites.

Amazing
Schindler's List - I've seen it a few times, by far the best movie on this list. Watch it!!!

RGood
Sleepless in Seattle - I've seen this about 7 times
The Fugitive - I really loved it at the time
Groundhog Day - Great, I could watch it every day (haha)
Jurassic Park - pretty good
Mrs. Doubtfire - good at the time
Philadelphia - good, but I probably wouldn't watch it twice

Not bad/cute
Free Willy
Hocus Pocus

Barely remember
Cool Runnings
The Sandlot

Never saw
The Nightmare Before Christmas - looks too dark
Cliffhanger - no idea
What's Eating Gilbert Grape - always mean to watch it
Dazed and Confused - I think it's past time to watch this
The Piano - I was going to watch this the other night but then I thought, oh wait I've seen this... but then couldn't remember if I did so it's kind of embarrassing if I saw it and forgot because I've heard it was really good

The Sandlot is the best movie on this list.

Followed closely by Schindler's List but for completely different reasons.

I've seen all of them except the real serious ones. lol (Schindler's List, The Piano, Philadelphia). I only watched Gilbert Grape because we watched it in school one year. And I've only seen parts of Dazed and Confused, never the whole movie.

And I probably watched all of the ones I did see in 1993 or just after.

I remember loving Jurassic Park and Mrs. Doubtfire when I was younger.

Mrs. Doubtfire & Dazed and confused are fire, only other one I've seen is Jurassic Park in school which I hated. The Nightmare Before Christmas I didn't really watch, if you know what I mean :ari:
