It was another morning here in the city of Pawnee and the committee to recall Knope had yet to be unmasked. As the citizens made their way to Ramsett Park for the annual dunking of Ted in Ramsett Lake. This was an odd tradition here in Pawnee as the old city charter was suppose to read dunking of tea into the lake, the 'a' was made more like a 'd' and thus began the tradition of dunking a fellow named Ted each year.
They were startled when they found two bodies face down in the lake. They poked them with a stick for good measure, ensuring they were indeed dead. They proceeded to flip the bodies over to find...
