saw this earlier tonight. It was...decent? Above average for a Marvel movie but I dunno how this is one of the highest rated Marvel movies ever
The stuff on Jeff Goldblum's planet was really fun/funny, but they should've spent more time there. The movie kinda sagged whenever they got away from that

IT IS. OR IT ISN'T. IF IT ISN'T. VOTE NOFO/BUFFY. IF IT IS. VOTE TIM/DYLAN.
"It's okay Buffy, everything he says is either psychopathic or trolling
I'm unaffected"- Shadow, openly discriminating against the mentally impaired. BBPE 2017.
Saw it last weekend. Like Boc, I thought that Planet Goldblum was the highlight of the movie. Once you get out of their the movie sort of rush's itself to it's conclusion.
It's super funny but suffers from the same thing that most Marvel movies suffer from. A pretty one dimensional villain and a rushed message that could have been super interesting if further explored.

Did anyone else find every Anthony Hopkins scene super average? Like idk if I've seen an actor so uninterested before in my life. I loved that in all of Thor's "spiritual" convos with Hopkins, he is dressed in just a normal outfit. He couldn't bother to change into his complete Asgard outfit but rather showed up to set, put on the beard and was like "this is all you're getting".

yeah that was p weak. I liked his appearance in the beginning as the Loki disguise tho
Speaking of which, apparently at that play there was Matt Damon, Sam Neill, and Luke Hemsworth?? I thought I recognized Damon but didn't think it was actually him
I got dragged to it last weekend. I have never watched any marvel movie besides iron man 3 (also dragged to that one). I thought it was funny and typical because all super hero movies are typical. Would watch for a laugh

I was wrong about Jamie he is a true visionary and I name him my successor
I'm seeing this tomorrow with my mom but didn't watch #2. Is the second one worth watching tomorrow beforehand or should I just stick with a recap video
