Has anyone else played the latest in the series?
I was eyeing it for awhile and finally bought it the other week. It's GREAT. I'm a sucker for stealth games and they nail it in this one, I think it's my favorite in the series
Episodic release works really well for a game like this. It forces you to replay a level when you beat it so you'll find different ways to take the targets out. They also give you a ton of challenges and hidden things to do to make you wanna get 100% on each map. The second large level is one of the most impressively designed ones I've seen in a game
Anyone have it? Or any fans of the series?

Yes.
I was skeptical about it at first cause the last two games were shit, but they really did it right this time. They brought the series back to its roots.
I would still rank it below Blood Money and Hitman 2, but it's got plenty of potential if they learn from some of the mistakes they made in the first season.
Some levels were hit and miss for me. The Morocco one for example, felt a bit restrictive. I also don't like how specific NPC's will always see through disguises. I'f prefer that to be more random. Also, I thought it was too easy without disabling a lot of the hints.
But overall it was pretty damn good and I'm looking forward to S2.
Also, the Sapienza level is one of the best levels I've played on any hitman game.

YAW. Sapienza is the one I was talking about, it's really great
Killing Jesper Knight with the ejection seat was also ridulously fun

Probably something like this:
Sapienza
Bangkok
Hokkaido
Colorado
Paris
Marrakesh
Though I have to say, I really like the bonus mission that was recently released for Marrakesh.
Btw, you should play Blood Money when you get the chance. It's so good.
