I hope it kills children, I haven't seen the og movie or read the book but horror movies that spare kids from death are lame
Pennywise kills a kid in the first few pages of the book. It sticks with you- the little boy following his little paper sailboat as it floats in the water in the gutter, which then goes into a sewer drain. The boy goes over and asks about his boat, leading to the famous "we all float down here" line, wherein the clown grabs the boys arm and rips it off.
Yep- a few kids get killed for sure.
How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat?
Also I just read the plot summary of the book and even though it spoiled it for me, I'm a lot more interested in seeing this now. I never saw the original so I had no idea it was about way more than a killer clown
I'm actually reading it right now! Have had the book for years, and it's always amongst my selection when I'm done with another one, but always gets kept 'for later', I think this trailer reminded me that I need to finally read the book as it's getting closer to the release date. And I know from past experience that I'm the type of person that won't go see the movie if I haven't read the book, even if I really wanna see it, haha.
