First off, apologies if this thread already exist. Still getting my bearings here and couldn't find the "search" button.
That said I definitely wanted a thread on this show. I went in with mixed expectations. I loved Voltron when I was younger but on a recent rewatch attempt found all the blatant cuts and edits of the original material to fit the new american show made it damn near unwatchable.
I found that this new reboot did a great job paying its respects to the incredibly influential source material, while still putting their own spin on it to make an excellent final product. Throw in the excellent veteran animation team and soms great voice actors and it was hard for me to stop watching!
