Saw it, thought it was alright. Was pretty much an average Marvel movie to me
Visuals and Tilda Swinton were gr8, but the story was pretty generic. The after-credits scene was actually more interesting plot-wise than anything in the actual movie. Just like almost every other Marvel villain, Mikkelsen was given nothing to do
I'm also wondering what exactly Harmon ended up adding to the script. A lot of the humor seemed extremely forced. Only part I remember laughing at was Strange's first encounter with Mikkelsen's character (whatever his name was)
Visuals were cool. Cumberbatch played a good asshole. Humor was atrocious besides a few rare moments (someone at Marvel seems to proof read all scripts and is tasked with adding in some real bullshit 'laughs' and it bogs the movie down every time). Stakes didn't feel high/real despite being as high as you can imagine. I'll forget almost every detail of the movie in 2 months and will never watch it all the way through again
