Gabon! Although, worst winner out of the two seasons. Are we supposed to answer the questions for each season?

Gabon>>>

It's been a while since I've seen both seasons, but I liked Gabon more and I'll explain why. Here's my scores.

Gabon - Winner: 3
Gabon - Entertainment: 10
Gabon - Cast: 9
Gabon - Gameplay: 8

South Pacific - Winner: 3
South Pacific - Entertainment: 5
South Pacific - Cast: 5
South Pacific - Gameplay: 4

I had a far more positive experience when watching Gabon than I had with South Pacific. I enjoyed both seasons, but I loved Gabon far more because it had better characters and better entertainment. It had a clear villain in Randy, good entertainment from tribal council. I never liked any of the final three that much in South Pacific and another thing that got on my nerves with this season was the bullying/group mentality on both tribes. Still think it wasn't that bad, I just don't remember any highlights and I watched this after Gabon.

I liked Sugar from the final three on Gabon, but not the other two.

GABON

Rate the season 1-10 on the winner
3/10. Boring winner. He had an immunity run and made a fake idol but he got lucky Sugar was so emotional.

Rate the season 1-10 on entertainment
9/10. The tribe swaps and constant changes made the game really interesting. Tons of blindsides and the chaos was fun to watch, despite losing some fun people to watch early on.

8/10. High only because they were so enjoyable. The whole cast was mostly a love to hate.

8/10. Lots of moves were made or attempted to made. Despite a slight pagonging it wasn't always so clear on paper.



SOUTH PACIFIC

6/10. Sophie deserved it, but it was pretty boring to watch! I somewhat enjoyed her responses to Jeff at Tribal Council.

1/10. Could not stand this season. It was like rewatching Redemption Island which made it even worse for me. The returnees made no sense together.

4/10. Maybe if editing was better we'd get better characters, but all I really remember is Brandon, Cochran, and Coach stuffed down our throats. Stacey should have been OTT5 every episode.

Gabon>>SP

Both winners were meh. Gabon is one of the funniest seasons IMO, and SP is one that's surprisingly pretty funny. But for me, Gabon blows it out of the water with its cast (one of the best ever) and the gameplay, which wasn't even that great comparing it to other seasons, but SP and the seasons around it (RI/OW) almost killed the show with how bad the gameplay was outside of a couple of people. I could get why people like SP, but it's down way low on my list when you put everything together.

Gabon

Pros: Really unpredictable, great characters, randy, ken if you like smash bros, crystal cox, etc. Lots of funny moments (ACE FREEZE)

Cons: Jury is annoying, winner is bad. F3 is bleh

I think bad gaemplay is more entertaining than good gameplay.

South Pacific:

Pros: Sophie is amazing and one of my favorite winners.

Cons: a lot of the cast is unlieable (brandon/coach mostly), cult undertone is creepy. RI is bleh

He wasn't too bad, now that I think about it. Wasn't too fond of the cult thing, but I enjoyed Coach far more in Tocantins and Heroes v Villains. I'm gonna have to rewatch the season, I remember that his jury management skills were awful lol.

Gabon 10/10 cuz Charcus.

I didn't hate SP though.

Would rate them 3 10 10 10 Gabon vs. 6 8 6 7 SP.

I love Coach and think he deserved to win but he was too "apologetic" and didn't own what he did. I don't like Sophie because she bored me and just wasn't fun but I get why she won! :P

I actually hated Coach in Toncantins and thought he was a wimp in HvV. I didn't like him until SP.
