Curtis and Wikey argued with each other for hours.

"You're scum!" Curtis shouted.

"You are!" Wikey countered.

Curtis swung at Wikey.

Wikey ducked, and punched Curtis in the gut.



Curtis groaned and fell to the ground.

Wikey took off toward the Peale Art Gallery.

"Nice," Curtis said to himself. "Now we'll be on my turf."

Before Wikey could get the art gallery door open, Curtis rushed him from behind and they both fell through the door, crashing to the floor.



"I WANT YOU TO LOSE BADLY!" Curtis yelled as he struck Wikey in the face.

Wikey fought back, and tried to pull something from his pocket. Curtis noticed him reaching for something and smacked his hand. A small box slid across the floor.

They both eyed it and then each other. Then they both dove for it, Curtis having no idea what it even was. But he knew he didn't want Wikey to have it.

But Wikey reached it first and flipped the box's lid, revealing a dial.

"It's over, Curtis," Wikey said as he prepared to turn the dial.

"You're right," came a voice. "This ends now."

It was im317, pointing a gun right at Wikey.

"Drop the box," im317 ordered. "Your days of hypnotizing and mind control are over."

"Oh yeah?" Wikey challenged, as he began to turn the dial.

"I SAID DROP IT!"



Curtis watched as im317 shot Wikey square in the head.

The box hit the floor seconds before Wikey.









Wikey has died.

I want to thank everyone who played and anyone who watched and gave feedback on the game/flavour. It was my first time modding, and I hope you all enjoyed yourselves. I certainly enjoyed watching it play out. And I learned quite a lot as well!

I definitely could not have done it without the help of my partner-in-crime (fighting?), Lamps, who helped with the set-up, the balancing, helped played through as many "what if" scenarios as we could think of and a lot of other behind-the-scenes stuff. So thank you! Maybe we can do it again sometime! :P

Congrats to Curtis and im317 on the victory. And congrats to Wikey as well. For a while there, it looked like you were actually going to pull it off.

First, thanks for the great game Christian. The write-ups were awesome, and the game was fairly balanced for your first time ever modding.

Town Vanilla Cop = This is a role that needs to get burnt to ashes, then those ashes need to be pissed on, then they need to be put into a box, locked, and buried in the deepest hole that can be found. What exactly is the point of the role?

I found out two things: Either a player was Vanilla or was Not Vanilla. Not Vanilla = Power role. If I shared my results, it would only serve to hurt the town (until the very end of the game when wikey claimed VT right after I was killed).

If I reveal a player is Vanilla ==> Mafia knows one less player to target at night, hurting the town.
If I reveal a player is Not Vanilla ==> if the player isn't mafia, then Mafia knows someone to target at night, hurting the town.

It was a no-win role. But, I managed to play it out almost long enough to make it matter.

Good job town. Good job IBG for killing Wikey (obv scum).

And Henry, that'll teach you to call me a cunt. :P

I was so giddy when I tied it this morning on D8. I set an alarm at work and was invisible on the board watching Wikey to see when he'd eventually lynch me. I was praying 317 wouldn't show

I shouldn't admit this, but I read D4 again last night and most of that time I had the same thoughts Curtis did. The problem was that I also got scum vibes from Curtis that day, even in the rereading.

Wikey played a hell of a game. The decision to more or less solo it about 2/3 of the way through couldn't have been easy. And he played that well. You messed up in not killing im317 (unless he was bp and I missed that in the writeup) that last night though. You kill him and you've got a pretty good shot at winning.

Curtis, I wasn't far off from being on the same page as you, but you had 2 things working against you. First, your play style in sitting out the first 3/4 of every game (which I understand is because you used to be lynched or killed early in every game) works against you with people who haven't been here playing with you for years. The second was your attack on me a couple days back. It read as omgus to me at first, then got me worked up, and later I saw it as part of what I saw as your plan when I looked deeper at what your argument was. You'd have done much better with getting me to your side if you'd skipped that part.

317, killed all townies until the end. But he and I were on the same page much of the day phases. Great decision there at the end. Well played!

Christian I really enjoyed this game. I did t know it was your first mod. The write ups were great, the roles were different than usual, and you kept everyone guessing, probably on both sides, all game. Kudos for sure!
