Do we get treemail or something to hint what it might be?

No but you could discuss sit outs in terms of if it's an easy or more time consuming challenge

Also you can't sit out simp bc you can't sit out same person in back to back challenges

unless someone wants to sit out, maybe just randomize it? we have no idea what the challenge is so we can't really be like 'well this is one of my strengths' or whatever.
