The new Netflix show. I guess it's getting pretty good reviews? All episodes were released tonight

I haven't considered watching it at all really but I think I'm gonna check it out

My review 5 minutes in:

Acting is good, fight scene choreography was really cool. Subject matter is incredibly dark.

I'm just on Episode 2 but I've gotta give props to the acting. Mini Daredevil is one of the best child actors I've seen for sure.

Pleasantly surprised to see Rosario Dawson. She's been awesome in everything I've seen her in. I can already tell these two are going to have a great dynamic. "Your costume sucks"

Everyone should watch for that fight scene at the end of Episode 2 alone.

I really liked the first episode. I really like the dynamic between the main trio. The fight choreography is very good and the cinematography does not look like a television at all. Very polished and cinematic. Everything is really good so far.

I just hope a certain comic spoiler does not happen.

Hopefully Karen does not die at the end of this season. Deborah Ann Woll fits really well in this role. I think all of the roles are well cast. I think it's likely she'll die before the Defenders if they don't decide to continue the Daredevil series after The Defenders.

This was my first thought initially, I hope they don't either. Night Nurse is going to be in all four Defenders TV shows it seems, and I don't think they really would kill off the comic relief character so she seems most vulnerable. I would say that they're trying to distance themselves from the Daredevil movie, and considering Elektra dies at the end of it- they might want to avoid going down that path.

Had to look it up lol. Considering how committed this show has been to realism and breaking the quo of the MCU, I doubt they'll go that route.

Uh, so I was expecting like blood and stuff but this is getting to be GoT-level violence. The bone breaking and the eye impalement scenes were gruesome as shit.
