After the confusion the night before, the tribe didn't know what to expect anymore. Between people dying and Tribal Councils being canceled, this definitely was nothing like any other season of Survivor that had taken place before. No one felt safe in the game and in their lives.

Going into the next challenge, the tribe knew they had to win it. They couldn't risk losing one again and potentially losing another member. They were already looking at a disadvantage from losing last time.

Both tribes showed up to the challenge arena ready to duke it out.

"Come on in guys!" Vic yelled.

The tribes marched in, determined to win this one. The challenged involved swimming, which everyone felt very comfortable with....except for Cuhraig. Cuhraig was never that great of a swimmer and never really tried it other than in a pool. He had never done anything like this before.

"Why the hell did I even come on Survivor?" he asked himself.

"We don't know," a strange voice said in his head back to him.

When the challenge began, each tribe had to run out into the ocean one by one to get pieces. Cuhraig, being the awful swimmer he was, volunteered to go first since it was the shortest distance.

He marched his way out into the water, where he dove in head first. He started swimming out further and further, when all of the sudden, he just never came up for air. Everyone looked around wondering why he was under the water for so long until people just started swimming out there checking up on him.

Their worst fear had then been realized. Cuhraig had drowned and died in the middle of the challenge.

Everyone was very upset over the loss of Cuhraig. They knew they should've made him sit out of that challenge, but he insisted on doing his best for the team, like he always did.

They all blamed themselves. They were able to sit someone out of the challenge and chose not to sit out Cuhraig. How could this have happened to them? Maybe it was because someone else didn't feel like participating in the challenge and sat out instead.

All fingers started being turned toward this person as the reasoning for Cuhraig's death. They couldn't believe someone could be so selfish. They all assumed his intentions weren't good.

This person was Matt.

"I'm not a good swimmer either though!" Matt yelled in his defense.

The tribe wasn't buying it. They knew what Matt's antics were by now. They all assumed he was actually a good swimmer and could help the tribe win.

So they did something about it.

The group walked over to the bench where Matt was sitting and picked him up. They all walked out to the ocean where Cuhraig had passed moments before. They thought the only justice was to have the same thing happened to Matt. And they made sure it would.

Matt didn't stand a chance. He tried fighting the group, but they all continued to hold him under until he breathed his last breathe.

And with that, the deed was done.
