Well, you see, I can tell you in one word: Boring. I mean, most of the humor is basically just seeing the babies mispronounce certain words (e.g: "hopsicle" instead of "hospital") and... I just don't think its funny. As for the toilet humor, I find it revolting (one instance even made me throw up one time). And I find the character designs a little disturbing.

Actually, although I don't like "Rugrats" and find it overrated, this was the only joke in the whole series that I found funny (I also found only one funny scene in the whole movie saga).
