Herm prowled the streets openly and proudly as the Vampire Slayer. Fuck Wikey and his Buffy, he was Faith the bigger and badder slayer. This was gonna be totally awesome and he totally knew it. He turned down a side street on patrol and had his stake ready to kill any baddies in his way.

His eye caught on a figure in this distance down the street and he sprinted at it. "Hey, don't you know there's a curfew?" He chirped out gleefully running after them.

Behind him someone was following him. "Couldn't I ask you the same question?" Herm turned to the voice and his eyes bulged out of his head. Jesus, that thing was huge. That would cause a lot of damage.

Oh, that thing was an incredibly menacing sword. "Shit." Herm muttered and tried to come up with a plan. While he was a slayer he was no Buffy. He panicked and decided to run away.

He turned down the closest street and ran for several blocks before taking a look behind him. Fuck, He thought to himself. Where did they go?

Almost in answer, the figure lobbed the sword at his head and it rolled into the street.

Later that night, Patrick sat on his throne in a sewer celebrating his victory, prematurely of course. He threw his hands in the air with a laugh in true villain fashion. "We've done it! We've won!"

But looking on the faces of his dwindling troop of vampires and henchmen all was not well in Scummydale. "But Master...."

"Silence!" He shouted out with his face serious with a scowl burned into it. "I will not have vampires raining on my parade."

"But you are a vampire...."

"Right... Well." He paused to think for a minute.

"But he's a dead vampire." Cried out a voice mocking the squeaks of a child as they crawled from behind his throne and staked Patrick in his chest.

Do mafia only kill those who hide behind them? Would anyone that knocks on their door be killed as well?

I visited Herm Night 5, he hadn't left his house by the time someone showed up at his doorstep

Other people visiting don't get killed. Only hiders because of how their role works

But it says right in Patrick's description that he was immune to nightkills. So whatever killed him was an unstoppable kill.

Can I ask why you visited those two?

I hadn't read Day 4 in full, so I just went for someone who seemed quiet and not really high profile to see if they were doing something at night.

Night 5, I brought up the idea that Herm didn't necessarily have to kill every night and could opt not to. If he did opt not to, I wanted to be able to know he was telling the truth if we ended up with an unusual amount of kills again.
