Brief History:

Many years ago Wikey hosted his first mafia game. It was a great success until aspen became an unofficial mafia turncoat fuck and did everything he could to help his buddy Curtis win through use of AIM convo's.

Wikey had no choice but to make what I believe was the first mod kill in a game of mafia in this community.

That was the day we lost our innocence as mafia players. A dark day which will be remembered forever.

The game was poorly balanced and shit in general anyway, but Wikey wasn't going to give up on hosting so quickly. He slaved for hours coming up with a wonderful and innovative new game, one which would put him in the spotlight as the greatest host ever. It was called prohibition mafia!

And the rest is history! Wikey's hard work and determination paid off, as Prohibition mafia became the greatest game of all time.

Oh wait no.

It was dreadful.

From the very start it became clear that Wikey had overlooked so many things, and the game had severe balance issues and quickly deteriorated into a stalemate.

If Wikey had not given up on the game, it is very likely we would still be playing it today.

After the humiliation of Prohibition mafia, Wikey sought solace in alcohol. Gone where the days of innocent creativity. Wikey now found his dreams at the bottom of a bottle.

And this is the way it stayed for some time, until a new forum offered him a fresh start.

And that is where Wikey is today. After 2 good performances in Lab 2 and ATTWSII, and most recently an almost game breaking performance SCM, he is ready to host once more.

And this time he believes he has learnt from his numerous mistakes. He is ready to make amends for all poor hosting performances of the past...

Welcome to UFO Mafia.

This is not what I originally planned, as some of you may have noticed. The original name for this game was going to be "Nonsense Mafia," and it was basically going to be a shitty basic Mafia where I gave you all awful characters ranging from insects to buildings, to traffic wardens.

But I soon realised that I wasn't going to learn anything about hosting by messing around, and so I set my mind on something a bit more adventurous.

So I have gone for a sci-fi theme for this mafia, which isn't something I think many games have had in the past.

Sunday night at the earliest, Monday night at the latest.

Oh crap, wait a minute... I have a vacation starting monday until thursday or potentially friday. I'm pretty sure I'll have internet access, but I don't actually know until I get there. I really wanted to play but my activity track record for mafia has not been great at all lately so I better not risk it. I'll only play if you really need the cannon-fodder.
