Sooooo it has been years since I have really even owned a game console. I owned a PS2 for a long time and that seems like ages ago. I was going to buy one of the newer systems when they come out but I do not know which one to get. Money is not really an issue for me. I was just curious which one is better?

I don't think I'll get any for a while, really. Each generation I get less and less interested in the games. I don't know if that's just me getting older or if the games themselves just seem to be getting blander.

If I had to pick I'd say PS4 because Sony have been honest and consistent with the features which to me is a good sign. XBone will be bloated, expensive and probably not worth the asking price for a long time.

I'm not getting anything right away. I got a 360 really late, just a little under 2 years ago. So I still have a lot of really great games I haven't even touched yet. Looking at both though, I'm not a fan of Microsoft's vision at all. I play video games and sometimes Netflix. That's it. I don't need a master entertainment system. But nonetheless, I'll let the reviews speak before I throw my money away.

Besides I probably won't even bother getting a PS4 at least a year after release. I bet there will be problems with the hardware that needs to be fixed and the good games will be out by then.

I have always been an avid Xbox fan, but I think I'm flipping on this one but I haven't decided. I need to do more research. But regardless, I won't be buying one right away. I just got a 3DS and so I don't want to blow more money too soon. But I also want to wait for reviews and price drops since that happened with the PS3 after they made hardware fixes etc.

Haha yeah my 3ds is more than enough now. With animal crossing currently and soon Pokemon X/Y

Actually I was going to get the PS4 but then I saw this game on Xbox One called "Project Spark" in which I will buy Xbox now just to play that game. I mean I got the money to do it so I may as well. PS4 looks cool but most of their cool games are also going to be on Xbox from what I looked at.
