I bought and enjoyed the book before I knew it was even going to be a tv show, so it was exciting when I found out that it would be. I like the book a lot better than the show though, because with network tv, they can't get away with everything that happened in the book and the tone of the show is a little different with Spielberg being involved. I watched all of last season, but found it to be pretty silly at times, so I'm not sure how long I'll be watching for. I will watch the second season premiere and decide from there.

I know...it is kind of boring. They keep introducing these new characters, but where exactly have they been hiding? lol That being said, this season premiere was better than I was expecting. So I'll most likely tune in next week.

Did anyone notice who I think was Stephen King in the Sweetbriar Rose asking for more coffee somewhere in the last 15 minutes of the episode? |

I didn't see it lasting longer than a season. But it did for some reason. Don't see any reason to drag it out past 2. It should have just been a mini-series. 6 episodes at most.
