I mean, even if Velveeta was a real cheese, that's still just the brand name (: But I thought it was WORTHY of inclusion cuz of its popularity!! I almost threw Cheese Whiz in there too

asiago is the clear #1 for me tho

#2 is between feta/cheddar/pepper jack but I went with cheddar cuz of its versatility
