tbh when i've tried this format before it felt like LESS pressure to be around because you can pop in and out a lot more across the day, and you don't have to worry about doing stuff all day for a challenge. No feeling like you have to sit and IM someone about how homework SUCKS!!! for an hour to make them think you care, and the fast rounds relieve a bit of time pressure too. If you have the time but struggle with usual org formats it might actually be worth trying out
