The Eye of Laima
Once per phase, you may use the Eye of Laima on one quest option to see the results of your choice. Each time it is used, there is a 25% chance that it malfunctions and shows you the opposite outcome of that option instead.

can i petition for a later deadline in the future mayhaps

BQ1 7th tow, 5th column (purple sack sry on mobile) Bag of Tricks Select a player and take an item of your choice from them. This trick must be used prior to the deadline of that level - if the player does not receive an item from a quest - you gain no item

Mayhaps, if it's not too much of a hassle. I could do it the night before too, you are RIGHT. I'm just usually busier in the nights than I am during the day so having more time during the day leading up to DL is easier for me. But, if I'm in the minority here, I'm not gonna be upset.
