It's no more a sandwich than pizza.

I've also had hot dogs so loaded that you have to eat them open faced. |
That's more likely because hot dog buns are an abomination of a breadstuff.

Vlady: The definition of FOOD is anything I can put in my mouth and move my teeth up and down on find a better definition and prove me wrong bet u cant |
Easy- dirt isn't food, yet you can do exactly what you described. So your definition has a flaw.
Instead, I would suggest:
"Object that can be consumed/ingested, typically in a solid form, that provides nutritional value (either through energy provided to the body or through beneficial nutrients)."
That is off the top of my head and we could likely refine it. |
Dirt can have beneficial nutrients, so your argument fails.
