You can have two of the following perks for the rest of your life:
Moneybags: $250 (or 250 of equivalent currency) is given to you everyday, at midnight, without fail. It can be given as cash or deposited into an account of your choice. The amount automatically adjusts for inflation at the start of every year.
Superhuman: Your physical power increases by 20% across the board. This applies to all aspects of your ability, such as lifting strength, sprinting speed, reaction time, and jump height/length, as well as your stamina. In addition, the 20% affects your current ability, not your initial one (ie if when the change took place you could only bench press 100 pounds & 120 enhanced, by the time you trained to be able to lift 200 pounds, you could lift 240 enhanced).
Prodigy: Your IQ is 'raised' 50 points. This affects your reasoning, problem solving, and overall ability to retain new information.
Looper: Every day, you're given a total of 60 minutes of time that you can reverse. You can choose to use the whole hour at once, or sprinkle it throughout the day. At midnight, your 'balance' goes back to 60, and there's no rollover; so whatever time you don't spend is lost.
Madman: You're given the ability to experience the effects of any drug on command. You control the duration, intensity, and dosage, and you undergo no negative health effects or dependencies/addiction (ie constant meth useage with no neurotoxicity, no hangovers, not even paranoia). This includes recreational (weed, LSD, heroin etc) pharmaceutical (advil, cancer meds, antibiotics etc) and performance enhancing (steroids, HGH etc) drugs.
Efficient: You no longer require sleep, food/drink, or the need to use the bathroom. You'll run at 'optimal' settings for the rest of your life, with your body automatically adjusting itself as it sees fit (ie if you are overweight, it will burn fat until you are not. if you're training to build muscle, you will do so without gaining fat. etc)
Note: perks do 'stack up' when applicable.

You could eat as much food as you want, without worrying about anything.
A person could eat only chicken nuggets and still be healthy.

It's funny to see what quality of life people try to improve using this. It's almost always money. I remember some of our old PotD's always ended up being discussions on how to exploit them for money

Looper was the clear cut #1 choice for me (for money basically), but now I'm thinking I'd rather Prodigy + Efficient. That's a pretty tempting and well balanced combo. Looper feels like something that would be great at the start but could have a very negative long term impact on you. Prodigy and Efficient feel like the most grounded/"realistic" choices that could still lead to a normal (but better) life

yeah but then you become used to this and no longer feel smarter than you were before. then it won't feel like you have a perk at all |

Long term effects of Looper remind of a Bruce Almighty type situation (:
Where things seem great and he does it for personal gain but then he doesn't realize how shit it'll all end up being and doesn't want it anymore
