It's always been leeeeagues above CoD imo. Campaign I can get but multiplayer is fundamentally very different

I haven't done Campaign yet but multiplayer is great

PROS:
- WWI. Very cool. It's all so brutal. The maps are full of realistic trenches and mud and barbed wire that hurts you littered all over the player. It's all pretty accurate and horrific

- The vehicles are cool. The armored train and airships that come in to help a losing team seems fairly balanced to me so far, it's hard to tell. They're a fun new element either way. Horses are also tricky but great. I jousted with another horse rider and shot him in the chest as we ran by each other, causing him to fly off backwards while his horse kept on running. It was amazing

- Operations is a great new gamemode. Haven't done the pigeon one yet. The standard Battlefield gamemodes are still great

- By far the best thing about the game/series is that the battles can feel so GRAND. Sometimes the music kicks in at the most amazing moment and you stop and look around at how chaotic and epic everything is. Every so often you'll have something happen to you that feels like it's out of a movie and it'll never happen the same way again


CONS:
- I suck at it so far. I used to be so good!!!

- My computer fan feels like it's gonna blowup any second. Unfortunately there's been some bad lag for me. Didn't happen the first night but it happened a lot last night. Loading times between games is quick for Merc but slow for me. No bugs tho, just performance issues
