Bummer, this season is easily the worst of the three so it's a shame it's going out on this note. They changed showrunners after s2 and whoever's doing it now is just...not great. I wish they got someone better for one more season and went out with a bang. I really wanted an Army of Darkness season with the trio back in the past, that would be so great

I tried to do this one on netflix, and I didn't make it very far. Maybe it's his age, but lovable loser played more like sad, scuzzy, alcoholic shitbag this time around.
The tone was all over the place unfortunately. I agree that they turned him a bit too dumb/douchey/racist at times. Bruce Campbell was as sharp as ever but the material wasn't always the best
