Can't remember where I got the article but the character is dead. I speculate that Coach Rayburn is going to be seeing him like Danny was seeing Sarah.
lol I mean, I think that'd work fine if it was a recurring thing (like Sarah), but a series REGULAR? Just seems like they're panicking at not having their strongest character anymore and reaching for a way to keep him on the show
It LOOKS like they have a plan for the show at least? And it isn't just an afterthought like Broadchurch S2 seemed to be. I hope so anyway
Glenn Morshower is one of my favorite character actors (he was gr8 in 24) and if he has an increased role as a villain then that'll be awesome, I can't remember anytime he was a villain. The son is barely featured either which gives me hope. It certainly looks like there's a lot going on. WE'LL SEE
Good premiere, got me back into things very quickly. I like the direction things are going in right now. Lots of new intriguing threads introduced, like the dad sending money each month, the kid and O'Bana, the end with the recording, the mom 100% gonna find stuff out this season, etc. I'm excited
Watched this in its entirety a few weeks ago, some non-spoiler thoughts:
-I preferred the first season slightly, but I think this season had more of an emotional impact on me.
-The kid who plays Danny's son is INCREDIBLE and he's got a bright future.
-The scene in the interrogation room is one of my favorite scenes in television.
-Ending gave me mixed feelings.
I enjoyed season 2 until the finale... Kinda irked that the writers threw in some big cliffhangers in the last few minutes with no build-up and NO RENEWAL as of yet. It's an insult to the viewers and super cocky. So now if the show gets canceled for any reason, we don't have resolution.
Did anyone watch season 3? Dylan and I did and it was extremely disappointing 2/10 would not recommend.

I saw it because I loved the first season and the second season was good as well. S3 doesn't come close to the quality of the 1st two and the ending was very underwhelming. There was no real resolution to all the emotional conflict. I think they were hoping for another renewal and got kicked in the nuts
