It's fair to say that the Lannisters started out with more gold than the other three houses since they're richest house in the Seven Kingdoms, the Tyrells being the second richest house.

The Baratheons, Starks, Targaryens and the other households are poor in comparision.

It's possible the Lannisters can keep purchasing sellswords to kill people for them, it's possible they've been stacking up for the end game.

TIB is probably scum since he's quiet.

lets see, you say you killed Christian for -50 and i bet you blocked him -10 night 1 right? that would leave you with up to 40 gold.

100 gold is more then the default starting amount, but it makes sense your house would have extra.
