One time I got a shiny Rattata but it was on my phone and I couldn't trade it to my ds or anything. =(

And Korr, I've been traded a few (one came through wonder trade and it was legit...not sure why they traded it) but a lot from chaining or now I've got them from hoard battles. I have a few legendary ones because of soft resetting.

But I think they were in Friend Safaris other than the ice cream cone guy which I found in a ... horde? Whatever the groups of pokemon are called.

Yeah,
Vanilluxe (whatever his first form is called) in Frost Cavern.
Ditto and Dunsparce from Friend Safari.
