Don't you think that if it was a mafia role, they'd convert to mafia and not town?

I'm not exactly skeptical of the voyeur claim. We had a mason/tracker combo so my line of thought was if we had a full fledged watcher that'd be a bit too powerful.

Merc, I'm just really confused as to why you'd investigate me when there are MANY more suitable targets, and all of your investigations so far have conveniently given us no information.

With Vlady being a traitor-type role, having another way to recruit people into the mafia seems way overpowered. I could see the benefit of turning them into a VT, so the mafia knew a role of a player in the town, and could essentially leave them alone. In a sort of neutralizing-type action.

You're speculating that a mafia member has a one time ability to not only stop a lynch but also rename the candidate, and they pick their own roleblocker after already being down in numbers? I think that's a bit of a stretch.
