The group continued to throw accusation's around. Attention turned to Helios.
"What's your role?" Primate questioned.
"Legacy Virus, I will kill someone alongside me." Helios said with his hands up.
"Sounds like the mafia bomb" Merc scoffed. The eyes of several onlookers narrowed. Brian and Zersch moved closer in.
"It's vengeful" Helios pleaded, noticing he was being circled in.
"I don't buy that." Josh shook his head.
"Let's get him" Kat said looking at the bodies of the fallen comrades. "For my people!"
The group then rushed Helios and tried to hold him down. Helios threw Brian into a wall and punched Merc.
"I won't go down like this!" he screamed, kicking Christian to his knees.
But there were too many people to fend off. In the chaos he pulled out a needle.
"See look! This contains the Legacy Virus! Kill me and I'm going to stab one of you with it!"
The X-Men chose to wager his words and the group piled on top of him pummeling him to his demise.

Wiki Bio: A Russian mutant, he is a member of the X-Men. Colossus is able to transform himself into metallic form, making him the physically strongest of the team. Even when his powers are not engaged, he is still a physically imposing figure of 6 ft 7 in (200 cm). He is portrayed as quiet, honest and virtuous. He has had a fairly consistent presence in X-Men-related comic books since his debut. A talented artist, he only reluctantly agrees to use his powers in combat, feeling it is his responsibility to use his abilities for the betterment of human- and mutant-kind.
