You have to go in your game and click pokemon link, get your miles/BP. And then next time you use bank youll get the celebi. Unlock it the same way. | |

You just need to deposit into the bank itself. You can just take back out right after.

When I play a game i always make a nickname theme and when i played HGSS the theme was internet friends.. mostly EN. So im finally getting those guys in 3d and one of my mains was Curtis the Amphros... so getting to mega evolve him with lustrous locks is pretty satisfying. | |
