HOWEVER I’m very worried I’m gonna get dry socket because I don’t see a blood clot in one of the holes at all, it’s still just totally empty. Doesn’t hurt yet though so maybe not |
I realllly hope you don't. You'll probably be fine.
lol'd at the "ice cream detox" though. |
I do :(
The first five days were a breeze but today is brutal. The one hole is just pure exposed bone so I can feel everything. EVERYTHING. The cold air and cold water is by far the worst
The worst part is that this’ll extend my limited diet even longer
I got it because I kept changing the gauze. They said to replace it every 20 minutes if it’s still bleeding so I kept replacing and replacing and it was always the same amount of blood for the first day and a half. Then I looked into it myself and realized the gauze was soaking up the blood clot that was trying to form in the hole. So the first day and a half I thought I was being thorough but I was counter acting everything. GR8! They should word their god damn information sheet better | Ugh I'm so sorry. I got it, too, and they sent me to some specialist who literally tortured me with no painkillers. I think he had to pack gauze deep inside the cavity. If you have to go through that, DEMAND PAIN KILLERS BEFORE THEY TOUCH YOU! |
