Just saw this last night. A genuinely great film, probably not the scariest other than the loud-noises jumpscare stuff but it had great visuals and those kids are just so damn likable.

His fear (the weird ass painting) was definitely the creepiest thing to me so I can relate |

There's a drive in theater by me that has IT showing this weekend - I may go see it and not be able to drive home afterwards.

Eddie was my favorite, I think, mostly because I related to his germaphobia on a very deep level. But Ben was also precious. That scene when they pan to the New Kids on the Block poster on the back of the door was pretty great. | "All this from a slice of gabagool?" |

It already ran at our drive in. Still one of the best ways to see a movie, imo.

Saw this tonight.
|
I enjoyed it, but there were times it felt all over the place. But it didn't make it unenjoyable either.
Cast was great. Beverly, Billy and Eddie were great. I wasn't as big a fan of the Richie character. It felt too forced. But when I thought back on it, it seems normal you would have a super annoying kid that won't shut up. He played it well.
Ben was adorable. Loved him.
Overall pretty good. I wasn't scared either, but I'm never really scared. But all the scenes were intense, which I appreciated. I remember the mini series being creepy, but I saw it long ago. Would definitely go see again. |
