because they cant ever make a game that will be good enough after all this time. see Duke Nukem Forever for an example of why there not going to make it.

I'd have way more trust in Valve than...whatever company made Duke Nukem. Being scared of the game not being good enough is a pretty silly reason to not even start working on it. It's not like a BioShock situation where they were waiting to think of a good enough idea, this is delaying finishing a story which was already wrapping up
and that's just from a quality standpoint. From a financial standpoint it makes zero sense why they haven't released a sequel/seem to be working on one. I mean the fact that this is coming out gives me a glimmer of hope that they'll still get to it but eh
I can't get over how much I hate this as a console design. The whole point is it's not supposed to look like a computer and you just went out and made some mini-itx build and slapped the logo on it.
