| I'll be BBQ'ing and watching the fireworks from the in-laws, here in Wyoming. I only brought blue shorts with me, so I'm sure I'll be wearing them tomorrow. |

Traveling somewhere OR Staying home
Staying home as in not going anywhere out of town
Watching Fireworks OR Shooting of my own
BOTH but voted my own. My mom bought me a bunch of sparklers and fountains and stuff. And there's a decent chance they set off fireworks at my uncle's house. Otherwise I'll be seeing them all over whether I want to or not. They've been going on practically non stop at night for a week already.
Going to an event/BBQ OR staying home
Going to a BBQ/family party at my uncle's. I don't really want to go tbh but i MIGHT swim
Wearing Red/White/Blue OR not being festive

I stayed home and was not festive (tho i did bring my flag to my bf's where his cat kept attacking it) It was just so hot outside (42'C/107'F) | |

I'm heading over to the bosses house to watch him bbq and have some drinks. | Rodney is a great guy. Oops, nevermind he's a terrible human being.

Introduced my 9 yr old to the world of poppers tonight, and she spent 30 minutes running up behind everybody and startling them. She also grabbed one of the lighter sticks and made sure that all of the fireworks had been ignited. Also introduced my 1 yr old to fireworks in general, and all he said in the car on the way home was "boom...boom...boom". All while I sat back with family and friends, ate some pretty great food, and drank my way through a pitcher of mojitos and took down a good portion of a 6-pack of hard cider.
Yay 'Merica.

Watching Fireworks - I don't think I could shoot my own off if I wanted to out here, but there are a lot of fun displays around the city. So I'm going to look out for those while I'm out and about.

We were in Alphabet Cty at our friend's place a few New Years' back. I brought some fireworks to launch off at midnight. Here was the timeline:
12:00:30am- Vlady begins lighting off fireworks in the street. People on rooftops nearby start cheering.
12:03:00am- NYPD shows up. Rooftop denizens start bitching about how cops ruin everything.
Vlady was luckily *not* arrested.
