Amazon
Vanuatu
Cagayan
Gabon
BvW
Might be my top five. I haven't seen Tocantins or much of HvV. Marquesas, Africa, China, and Micronesia are up there too

^^ You haven't seen Toncatins? *faints*
Why not, lol? It's the best! Well after Marquesas, but its defenitley worth your time!
And I am currently re-watching Vanuatu. And I have to say, I get the same annoyed feeling everytime. Seeing all these young people out so early, makes me kindda sad. Epesicially because they are all so promising. And it drives me crazy tat they keep UTR people around. But Rory is a boss. But I don't like the other older men. Sarge a little. But I can't stand Travis. Chad is okay. Like literally everytime I watch that season I want it to like be reversed somehow that the older men get picked off and that the younger men took control. Because Chris should have gone that first episode. Not Brook!
And the age division is way to visible in that season, I don't know if the casting crew did that on purpose, but it made it rather boring mid-way, due to knowing the picking order. | 'Oh my god, it's full of stars!'

I loved the young strong guys getting picked off because it never happens. They were so sure they would be fine. The misfit older men taking control was fantastic. Plus Chris is by far my favorite winner (:

Tocantins isn't that amazing. It's good but it gets predictable. It's also pretty looking

I stopped watching Survivor from like 2006-2010. End of High School and start of College. I just didn't have time really. I missed all of Cook Islands through Nicaragua

1. Vanuatu
2. Heroes vs Villains
3. Amazon
4. Pearl Islands
5. Cagayan
I think. Gabon is up there too
honestly this season might've been higher if it wasn't for the overload of idols. That got pretty annoying

Curtis, you should definitely give Heroes vs Villains another try. It's awesome, or maybe I'm biased because it was my first one.

10. Africa |
Those are the only 5 seasons I haven't seen. I sorta started on Marquesas and Africa 3-4 years ago when I was Survivor marathoning, but other things came in between and I never finished them. I should probably start it back up again and finish them all lol.

I really like Exile Island. Even though its predictable I love pretty much everyone in the cast
Top Tier: Pearl Islands, Exile Island, Marquesas
Next Tier: Tocantins, Africa, Amazon, HvV, FvF, Cagayan, BvW (maybe) | "So, uh, what are we saying here? If we save LA from a nuclear bomb, then you and I can get together for dinner and a movie?"

eh, it was good but i'd need to wait a few months because I can fairly rank it.
It could probably crack top 5, personally. MAYBE top 3. Lots of good early seasons that I have loved exponentially more after the rewatch (Marquesas, Africa, Amazon). |
I thought Marquesas was worse on my rewatch. Besides C(K)athy, Sean, and I guess Rob, there weren't very memorable people for the most part. Rob wasn't even all that entertaining. And the ending for me was just boring.
Anyways, I would rank Cagayan in top 5 easily but I haven't really thought about it. Tony winning dropped it for me to be honest, but I'm not sure I would have walked away thinking Woo winning would have made it much better. Maybe if one of the stupid idols was actually played correctly it might have made for a much better season. I don't think people like Tony understood the game, but I think he was still a good winner, just not nearly one of the best. Spencer and Tash have to be two of the best players in the season but also ranked among some of the best ever. They just completely understood the game. It was great!
I guess a rough guess would be:
1. Heroes vs Villains
2. Philippines (probably because of who was on it)
3. FvF2 or maybe BvW
4. Cagayan
5. Vanuatu
I like seasons that keep me on my toes and guessing. A Survivor twist doesn't matter as much to me as much as the cast and their game comprehension does.

I guess returnee seasons are fun for me. I'm sick of seeing some of the people, but the people that return you know they will at least know what they are doing. It's fun to watch though I like fresh faces!
But this season everyone did come to play and it was an amazing season overall! Never knew what was going to happen!

I'm not sure what my favorite season is actually. I always refer to Cook Islands when people ask me my favorite, I think it's a pretty underrated season. I also really enjoyed Tocantins, I think that cast was pretty amazing too.
If I had to rank a top five, it would probably look like:
1. Cook Islands
2. Tocantins
3. Cagayan
4. Africa
5. Micronesia | |
