Main Quest

A. The fireplace
You figure the fireplace must be hiding a passage. You feel around in an attempt to find a loose brick. One brick dangerously close to the flames looks peculiar, so you reach inside. Not surprisingly, you get burned, and the fireplace was a dead end. -1 CANDY

B. Storage closet
Could the storage closet lead somewhere? You decide to find out. You open up the closet and are met with dozens of deformed ghouls and monsters. You begin to scream, only to realize that they're all just a bunch of Halloween masks hanging up. You sigh in relief and search around the place. No secret passage, but a handful of candies. +10 CANDIES

C. Behind the suit of armor
The suit of armor in the corner of the library draws you in. You approach it, when suddenly it moves slightly. That was...weird. As you search behind it, the rusty helmet squeaks as it turns towards you. You jump backwards as the suit holds out its hand. It unfolds its armored glove to reveal dozens of candies. What a friendly ghost knight. +10% OF YOUR CANDIES.

D. Under the throw rug
There's a strange throw rug in front of the fireplace that looks out of place. You stomp down on it to see if it sounds hollow. You can't tell, so you throw the rug to the side. No trap door, but you find a few Masks. These may come in handy. +1 MASK

E. Up the bookcase ladder
You step up onto the rickety bookcase ladder to get to the second floor. You're halfway up, when you hear a whisper within the books in front of your face. You peer into the shelves, when a skinless arm reaches out and grabs your throat. You struggle with it for a moment as it continues to choke you. Eventually you fall backwards off of the ladder, with the severed arm still gripping your throat. You toss it aside and climb to your feet, but you've lost some candies. -10% OF YOUR CANDIES

Side Quest 1 & 2

No one decides to use their key on the chest, but Zersch and Rob pay five candies to open it up. Inside is a Regular Key and +3 candies each. Not a bad trade!

Side Quest #3

Zersch, Korr, Shadow, and Bryce walk towards the corner of the room where a red curtain is swaying on its own. The group peel the curtain to the side very slowly, revealing...nothing. Disappointed, they begin to walk away when the curtain grabs them and pulls them in. The heavy curtains shut on their own, trapping the group inside. The rest of the group runs to their aid as a strange fog pours out from underneath the curtain. When it opens back up, everyone stumbles out of it. Their candy had been shuffled in the confusion. CANDY TOTALS AVERAGED AND REDISTRIBUTED EVENLY TO EACH OTHER

Hidden Quest

Natalie achieved the hidden quest and received the five candy bonus.
