Imagine how much it’d suck having a kid and he/she grows up to be just like Igor

I didn't think too much about the discussion when I voted (it was early on), but I picked the Wolves and the Alligators. Now that I read the discussion, I think I made half of the right choice.
I thought the wolves would be perfect originally, as they work well in a pack, and can protect me against terrestrial attacks. I then picked the gators because it sounded cool.
HOWEVER, now that I think about it, if I could vote again, I'd pick the Hawks and the Alligators. You are probably thinking, why? 20,000 rats are just going to destroy you with that crew.
Sure, if I was on land, the rats dominate. However, i'm taking my alligators and heading into the water. Once in the water, my advantage immediately becomes apparent, as all your rats will drown (or get eaten), and anything that can walk into the water (very slowly) will be easy pickings for the hawks. I'll just float on one of the gators and ride all the way to safety and victory.

If you get the optimal location for yourself, I would be in an AC-130U circling around bombing the shit out of all these animals with a hunter who happens to know how to fly it.
Also, the rats swim and the gators/hawks can't kill all of them before they reach you and rip you to shreds.

Rats can swim over a mile and tread water for up to three days. And just think how angry they'll be once the swarm gets to one of your animals or you. | How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat? |

Hearing all this, I'm inclined to wonder why swarms of killer rats haven't become a common feature in horror movies.
Pitch: Evil genius breeds a swarm of killer rats and unleashes them on the world.
I'm gonna write that movie.

Can the opening scene be Igor trying to fend off the swarm with a bat? |

Igor is going to be the hero of the movie, as he is the one man who can stop them

I went with 15 Wolves and 4 Lions.
I was tempted to pick the Hunter, but the other animals are going to protect me from being shot so there's that.

For some reason I think I remember an episode of a TV show or movie that used mice or rats with explosives to carry out an attack. But can't for the life of me remember what it was.
